To receive a notification the following set up and settings must be in place:
1- The user needs to be part of the Project team to be included in project related notifications
2- Check the Project Notification settings:
3- Check the user own notification settings
4- If you are using the API to close the current run of a Continuous Project, make sure you include triggerEvents option as true to be able to receive its notification.
