Cyver allows users to manage sections (create, reorder, delete, make visible) in a report that were created from the Project or optional sections from the Report Template.
Allow users to manage sections
The first step is to allow users to manage sections. To do so, follow as below:
- Go to Settings and click on Report Templates
- Edit the report template you would allow users to manage sections
- Go to Settings tab and check Allow users to manage sections in Other Settings
- Save the change.
Manage sections
As soon as users are allowed to manage sections as above, the feature takes place once the report is generated from the report template. This means:
- Go to Projects and select the project you would like to manage sections of its report
- Generate Report from Report Template
- Click on the three dots on the left to start manage sections
- You now can:
- Create a new report section:
- Include optional sections in Report (YES/NO):
- Delete optional sections or new sections created from the project:
- Reorder section by drag and drop:
Save the changes.
