ACTIVATION IN PENTESTER PORTAL:
1. Go to Clients
2. Select the client and click on Client Portal tab
3. Request Pentest setting is enabled by default when creating a new client. When disabled, the client will not be able to request a new project or request a retest:
4. To allow client users to request a new project or request a retest, it is needed to enable the toggle and to select a Client Request Form:
If you do not select a Client Request Form, the client can still request a retest for a project, but cannot request a new project.
CLIENT PORTAL:
1. After allowing client users to request a retest for a project or to request a new project, the Request Pentest button is displayed in the Dashboard and in the Projects:
2. When the client user clicks on the Request Pentest button, he can choose to request a new pentest or to request a retest:
2.1 New Pentest
If there are no request forms configured, the client user can not request a new project. If you have selected at least one Client Request Form in the Pentester portal, the client user can create a new project based on the form selected.
2.2 Request Retest
When the client user requests a retest, first he chooses a previous project to retest displayed on a list:
3. By clicking on Next, the client user can edit the Project name, selects or creates a new asset and confirms all information. Submitting the request needs one more time the user client approval:
4. A new Project with status Requested is successfully created.
5. Both client users and pentesters can check the requested project to be retested in the Dashboard and in the Projects. Users notifications apply as usual.
