In certain cases if can happen that emails sent from the platform end up in the spam filter. How to check and avoid this:
Verify DKIM/SPF for Custom domains
If you are using a custom domain, ensure that your DKIM and SPF records are correctly in place.
SPF
Ensure our mail server is included in your SPF TXT record:

Emails with links are blocked
In certain cases, the Activation link for example is seen as spam by certain client side inboxes and spam filters.
Verify that the email comes from our domain: https://links.cyver.io
You can safely add rules in the Spam filter to allow links with this url.
