When you subscribe to Cyver Core, you commit to ongoing invoices on a monthly or yearly basis.
Cyver Core offers multiple pricing plans as well as add-ons which can change the total cost of the product.
You will be billed via the portal, based on your agreement with Cyver Core, as visible in the Billing Portal inside the platform and in your Subscription Contract.
Using the Billing Portal
To access the Billing Portal, go to Administration on the Cyver Dashboard:
- Select Billing
- Check your Finance Email
- Click Login
- Use your Finance email to log in. You’ll receive an SSO link to log in and access billing and payments
Add-ons and Upgrades
You can upgrade your Cyver Core subscription at any time by upgrading your Subscription or choosing an Add-on from the Add-on menu. Either of these actions requires you to pay additional fees in addition to the base Subscription fee.
Should you choose to change or update your Cyver Core subscription, such as by moving to a different Subscription Plan or choosing an Add-on, the additional cost will be prorated across your existing subscription.
This means that you only pay for the time left in your subscription, even if you have a yearly agreement. It also means that all future payments are billed coterminously with your primary Subscription.
Payment Terms
Cyver Core uses standard payment terms of a 30-day billing cycle. This means that once you receive an invoice, you have 30 days to make a payment.
You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for paying your Subscription fee in a timely fashion. You are also responsible for any bank, transfer, or currency conversion fees generated by your method of payment.
Late Fees
In the event that you are late making a Subscription payment, Cyver will send a late payment notification. If the payment has not been received within 15 days from this notice, Cyver will charge an additional €50 late fee. Late or delayed payments may result in contract termination in accordance with our Subscription Agreement.
