Cyver Core uses continuous development practices including zero-downtime updates. This means that updates are pushed live to the platform during normal usage hours with no downtime for users.
Product updates are published to our Product Updates on an as-available basis. Updates list improvements, bug fixes, and new features.
In addition, Subscribers can opt into receiving a monthly overview of all new features published by Cyver Core.
In the event that Cyver might push an update that would result in downtime, Cyver will attempt to notify Account holders at least one business day in advance. Scheduled maintenance which might affect the performance of the platform is delivered between the hours of 18:00 and 6:00 CET (GMT+1). However, we make every attempt to reduce the impact of maintenance on users so that downtime is minimal.
