What is Community Roadmap Portal Used For?
With the Community Roadmap together we will:
- Collect User Feedback
You can suggest features and vote on existing ideas. This allows us to understand what matters most to your usage base. - Prioritize Development
By tracking votes and comments, we will identify high-impact requests and align them with our goals. - Publish the Roadmap
We will share what we are working on and what’s coming next, helping to set expectations and build trust. - Close the Feedback Loop
You will be notified when your suggestions are implemented or when a feature is under consideration. - Centralize Communication of the Feature Requests
With the Community Roadmap we bring it all into one organized system so you can always track your requests in one place.
How to use it?
- At the time you are eligible to be part of our Community Roadmap Portal, you will receive an email invitation:
- Click on Join Now to complete your registration:
- You are IN!! You will be redirected to the Community Roadmap of Cyver. In the meantime, you would need to verify your email.
Feature Requests
Submit A New Feature Requests
- Click on Submit A New Feature Requests
- Fill in the Title and the Description
- Select the board category the feature takes place
- Feel free to upload images, videos, attach files to make your request complete
- Submit Post!
- The Default Status would be In Review.
- You may let comments and see the activity at anytime

Vote For Features
Click on the sign in the right of the feature to vote for it! The ones with the most votes, will be prioritized.
Understanding Statuses
In Review - The default status of a new request. It is under evaluation to determine the next steps. During this phase, the Cyver team may request additional information to better understand the use case and assess whether the request provides sufficient value or should be rejected.
Backlog - The request appears valuable and relevant. It has been added to the backlog to collect community votes and help determine its future priority.
Roadmap Planned - The feature shows strong potential and clear benefits. It has been approved for future development and is scheduled to be worked on soon.
In Progress - Development of the feature has begun.
Completed - The feature has been released to production. If documentation or a support article has not yet been shared, feel free to request it to start using the feature.
Rejected - The request has been declined, which may occur if the functionality already exists, duplicates another request, or falls outside the scope of our platform.

Not part of the Community Roadmap?
We have you covered. In case that you won't be eligible to join the roadmap, we are going to add your request manually there and users can vote. In this case, you won't be able to track and see activity live.
