To ensure uninterrupted access to the application, even if the SSO system is down and the username and password method is disabled, we have created an emergency login page that will be available for the Owner user only.
You can find the URL by going to Administration -> Portal -> Security -> SSO - under Disable Username and Password:
In this way, the Owner user will have a backup login option to restore access and re-enable others. It means that, you can always access your application even if your SSO system goes down for example.
