The GenAI Copilot helps you finalize your pentest reports by allowing you to refine content directly within the report editor. You can polish specific paragraphs to improve clarity or rewrite the entire report to match a specific tone or language.
Rewriting Highlighted Text
You can use the GenAI Copilot to edit specific sections of your report on the fly. This is ideal for fixing typos, expanding on bullet points, or rephrasing technical descriptions.
Navigate to the Report tab of the relevant project.
Select the desired report section (e.g., Executive Summary) from the list.
Click on the Editor tab.
Highlight the specific text you wish to modify.
Click the Rewrite Text button that appears in the formatting toolbar.
Select your desired prompt (e.g., "Make Professional") from the modal.
Review the preview and click Apply to update the text.
Rewriting All Report Text
If you need to standardize the entire report at once, for example, translating the full document or ensuring a consistent formal tone throughout, you can use the bulk rewrite feature.
Navigate to the Report tab of the relevant project.
Click + New Version and select Rewrite all Report Text.
Choose the AI prompt you wish to apply to the entire document (e.g., "Translate To Spanish").
A confirmation modal will appear, alerting you that this action will create a new version of the report.
Click Yes to proceed.
The system will process the report and save the rewritten content as a separate version, allowing you to easily compare it with the original draft or revert if necessary.
Configuring Rewrite Prompts
To make these options available to your team, you must first configure the prompts in the system settings. This allows you to standardize how your team uses AI (e.g., creating a standard "Formal Tone" prompt).
Go to Settings > GenAI Copilot Settings from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Rewrite Text Prompt tab.
Here you can view all existing prompts. To add a new one, click + New AI Prompt.
Define the Prompt: Give it a Title (which the user sees in the menu) and the instruction for the AI.
Status: Set the status to Published to make it visible to your team.
