Cyver allows administrators to configure custom email (SMTP) settings to control how system emails, such as account activation, password reset, and notification emails, are sent. This feature enables organizations to use their own email domain and infrastructure instead of Cyver’s default email configuration.
Using custom email settings helps organizations align Cyver with their internal IT, security, and compliance requirements.
When to Use Custom Email Settings
You may want to configure custom email settings if you:
Want emails to be sent from your own corporate email domain
Need emails to go through your internal SMTP servers

Prefer full control over email delivery and authentication
How to Enable Custom Email Settings
Navigate to Administration > Portal > Email
