The Export Projects feature allows users in both the Client Portal and Pentester Portal to easily download project data directly from the platform.
Where to Find the Export Feature
You can export project lists from several different views depending on your portal and access level:
Projects Page: Available in both the Client and Pentester Portals (
/Projects).Continuous Projects Page: Available in both the Client and Pentester Portals (
/ContinuousProjects).Client-Specific Projects: Available in the Pentester Portal only (
/Client/id/Projects).Client-Specific Continuous Projects: Available in the Pentester Portal only (
/Client/id/ContinuousProjects).
How to Export Your Projects
Navigate to one of the supported project pages listed above.
Click the Export to Excel button located at the top right of the screen.
Click Start Export to Excel.
Once the file is ready, the button will change. Click Download Excel File to save the document to your device.
What Data is Included?
The exported spreadsheet will generate a structured table containing the following data points for each project:
Name
Code
Guid
Status
Client Name
Client Guid
Project Template Name
Created on
End Time
Labels
Custom Project Fields (If any are configured for the project)
