Report Templates use defined sections to populate report data using tokens linked to findings, customer data, methodology, and other data. This automation allows you to speed up the reporting process because you build the report template once and then automatically import relevant data.
Report Templates should be set up before onboarding your first client. This avoids incidents where you might accidentally send an unprepared report to a new client.
To visit Report Templates:
1. Click “Settings” from the Cyver Core portal
2. Select Report Templates
3. Either select “+ New Report Template” or choose an existing report template from the list
You can:
- Update text
- Add images
- Format text
- Add links
- Create a new report template
- Edit a report template
Setup should include:
- Formatting the template to add your branding, any custom text, and your methodologies
- It’s always a good idea to create a different report for each service you offer
