The account Admin can update and change passwords at any time. To do so:
1. Click “Settings” in the left-hand menu
2. Click “Users”
3. Click “...” on the User you wish to edit
4. Click “Edit”
5. Set New Password
6. Click “Save”
* Check “Send Activation Email” to resend a new verification email, for example, if you also updated the user’s email address
* Check “Change Password on Next Login” to force the user to set their own new password on login
Lockout
Lockout automatically restricts the User from accessing the portal if someone tries and fails to log into their account more than 3 times. You can turn this off by:
1. Click “Settings” in the left-hand menu
2. Click “Users”
3. Click “...” on the User you wish to edit
4. Click “Edit”
5. Uncheck “Lockout Enabled"
6. Click “Save”
