Cyver Core "Teams" allow you to organize work, assign responsibilities, and automate Pentest setup. When you assign people to Teams, you assign roles. Team members then automatically receive tasks and responsibilities when you onboard them to a project.
Additionally, Cyver Core allows you to add Teams to Pentest Templates, so that each time you launch a new pentest with that template, the team is automatically assigned. This allows you to quickly create new projects with tasks automatically assigned to relevant people. And, when you assign a team through the Pentest Template or during project creation, relevant members are automatically onboarded to the project, so they receive notifications.
Create A New Team
1. Click “Administration” at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
2. Click “Teams”.
3. Click "+ New Team”.
4. Name your team and add description. Click Save.
Create A Sub Team
Cyver Core allows you to create sub-teams. Simply drag a team and drop it onto another to make it a sub-team.
Add Members
1. Add Team Members by clicking "+ Select User".
or click the dropdown arrow next to the team name or right-click anywhere on the team row, then select "Select User".
2. Select the users to add to the team.
You can use the search bar to find a specific user.
3. Click "Save".
Delete Members
To remove a team member, simply click the red X icon on the right.
Edit Teams
1. Click "Edit".
2. You can:
- Edit Name
- Add or Edit Description
- Add or Edit Team Lead
- Add or Edit Reviewer lead
3. Click "Save".
Delete Teams
1. Click the dropdown arrow next to the team name or right-click anywhere on the team row, then select "Delete".
2. Click "Yes".
