Stay organized and automate your workflows using Labels. From categorizing specific findings and grouping client assets to dynamically filtering the exact data that appears in your reports, labels provide the flexibility you need to manage your workspace efficiently.
Creating and Editing Labels
Creating a New Label
Navigate to Settings > Labels in the left-hand menu.
Click the + New label button at the top right.
Enter the Label text.
Select the target Type (Finding, Client, Pentest, or Assets) from the dropdown.
Use the Client Filter to restrict this label to specific clients.
Toggle Visible to Client to control whether the client can see this label on their portal.
Click Save.
Editing or Deleting Labels
If you need to update a label's settings or remove it entirely, simply click the Actions (...) icon on the right side of the label's row and select Edit or Delete.
Applying Labels
Once your labels are created, you can apply them to projects, findings, clients and assets.
To add a label to a project:
Open the project.
Click on Actions > Settings.
Under the Basic tab, locate the Labels field and select the relevant label.
To add a label to a finding:
Open the finding.
Click Edit.
Under the Basic tab, locate the Labels field and select the relevant label.
To add a label to a client:
Select the client from the Clients menu.
Click Actions > Edit.
Locate the Labels field and select the relevant label.
To add a label to an asset:
Open the client and go to the Assets tab.
Select the asset and click Edit.
Under the Classification tab, locate the Labels field and select the relevant label.
Automating Reports with Labels
You can use labels to dynamically filter which findings appear in your generated PDF reports. For example, you can apply label filters within the {Finding_Details} token to output only the vulnerabilities tagged with a specific label.
