Cyver strives to remain the highest level of uptime possible for all Subscribers. Our goal is to maintain a system availability of 99.6% or higher on average, during Service Hours.
Availability means that you can log into your Cyver Core account and use the platform as intended. This is measured from the Cyver Core server on a regional location basis. Each Cyver regional location is measured every 3 minutes from at least 6 global locations.
For Subscribers with the Premium Service Level Agreement, this goal becomes a commitment. Check our Premium SLA here.
