You can now customize workflows status to adapt to your process by using the Workflow Statuses. Here is how:
1. Go to Settings and then Workflows, and find the Status tab next to the Templates:
2. You will se a list of the existing project statuses, divided on Steps. Click on the three dots to Edit the default behaviour for each status;
3. You can make the following changes here:
- Edit the description
- Adjust the background color and the text color
- Enable/Disable actions that can be performed in this status. For example: Currently it is not possible to edit the Methodology section under the Project's Assignment in case that the project's status is not Onboarding. To make it possible to edit the Methodology when the project is in Testing status, you just have to enable the toggle:
- Decide which tabs can the Clients access under that status in the Client Portal:
4. To add a new status, just click on the New Status
5. A new pop-up will be opened and you can fill in the followings fields:
- Name
- Description
- Step
- Badge background color
- Badge text color
- Enable Actions that can be performed in this status in the Pentester Portal
- Decide the tabs visible to clients in the Client Portal
6. The new status will be sorted at the end of the Step chosen by default. You can drag and drop it to re-order:
7. You can also manage the visibility of the statuses, by making unvisibile the statuses that do not comply with your internal processes:
Once you have defined your project's statuses, feel free to associate Workflow Tasks as explained here or just move the project status manually.
